What to Expect
Once we have agreed to work together:
Onboarding Call
We'll go over next steps, answer questions, and explain what month-to-month interactions will look like. We will also provide a simple list of what we need from you, including directions for secure delivery, so we can get ready to work.
Setup and Start
We will begin customizing your current or new Quickbooks Online account, set up any secure support apps or portals previously discussed, and then start working on your books: cleaning up, catching up, or from scratch!
Ongoing Support
Your books will stay accurate and up to date, and we keep you in the loop with any concerns or questions we come across. We meet with you every month to go over reports, advise you, and answer questions. Ongoing support: we will be here for anything you need, if it is within our scope of work and expertise, we've got you!
